Very disappointed with store #2222 Please read:
On 6/12/2021, I purchased a Utility Trailer for my son (Larry Jenkins from (Lowe's Store #2222) We were told on the prior date that the Notary would be at the store to sign the title over to us. When we got there, we were told that the Notary forgot her stamp. So while in the store, the cashier called Leigh (Notary, Lead Cashier). Leigh said she would at the store on 6/13/21 from 7am to 5pm. My son was there at 7:00, but the store did not open until 8am. My son went back around noon and found out Leigh had forgot her stamp again. Leigh was very rude & condescending when he approached her, She asked my son did you see the trailer outside? My son replied; I purchased one yesterday. She answered and I quote; "I didn't ask you that". She then let him take the trailer without signing it over & told us we could get it notarize at the DMV. I called to speak to the store manager (Joseph Carlyn) and was told that he was on vacation, so I left a message for him to call me. I finally spoke to the store Manager on duty (Calley) and was told that Leigh do personal notary for Lowe's and was not on contract with Lowe's. This could have all been avoided if we had been given the correct information before the item was purchased. Our time is valuable too and we were just given the run around. Cally said she would be in the store on Monday and would sign the title over. My problem is the unprofessional staff on hand that we had to deal with. 3 trips to Lowe's could have been avoided.

I am so through with lowes. I ordered a shower unit kit on 8-8-20 with the expected delivery date of 8-24-2020. It is now 9-13-20 and no shower. No one ever answers the phone which requires a covid trip to the store just to get another excuse. Once I get this order complete, I can assure you that neither me nor anyone I know will be visiting lowes anytime soon. I would give customer service a -10 review
