Macy's has a very professional staff. Everytime I come there there is always people that can recommend you anything and can answer all the questions about the jewelry.
It really makes the difference compared to other stores.

Trying to resolve a rebate issue with the rebate customer service and I cannot understand what Zare is sayiing she couldnt even spell her name in English. Called back and got another person struggling to understand English. Whst has happened to Macy's? Cant get help? Time to cancel card and post reviews for this unbelievably horrible customer service. Shocking
