I give Aya a thumbs up. She has good customer service. Even if you didn’t want to buy from them you will be so convinced. She knows her job, she is a great manager. Thanks Aya. Metro University you got a great person there.

They sold me a phone that did not work. I never left the store and he tried several times to get it to work. I told him to refund my money and switch it back. He said no refunds even though I never left the store and wanted to charge me to switch it back.

I need to file a complaint and the manager from the store that I have my phone service at will not provide me the number to corporate office. Security was bypassed by one of your managers from metro PC to my ex boyfriend and another yl manager is justifying the security bypass saying he bought my phone. Just because he bought my phone does not have the right to bypass my security and when they did that, he delete all my evidence on my phone and pictures and contacts and now he is harassing my phone contacts. I file a police report and had to spend money on another line and phone just because someone in one of the pc stores in lubbock texas bypass security on my phone for him and whoever did it, did not put their name on there. Just a store #. My ex daughter works for y'all and is a manager in the 50th street location. Crystal the manager on 82nd and university is who is being rude and won't provide me the information I need to file a suit against what occurred with my breach of security is very unprofessional and taunting me. She should not be manager and now I know why their are different managers and workers everytime I go there. Your training and protocol is very unprofessional and I can't believe y'all are still in business. Fixing to file a big lawsuit if somebody does not get back in touch with me. The new phone that I purchased from your store is TRASH. It is a bad product, and I have been ripped off. Your sales people are just that, Little knowledge, only Sales. Thank You for taking my money. I will move on to another Company. The Alcatel 7, is completely inconsistent. TRASH.
