The tool's user interface is easy to use and intuitive. Also, it provides reports such as utilization in real-time. This is something we have found very useful. And it is the best tool I have ever used. It's light and doesn't have a lot of systems behind it, so it is easy to operate. Unlike other resource scheduling software, it is a highly user-friendly tool and doesn't have any cumbersome functionalities.

To whom this may concern,

I hope that office depot can provide me with a better solution than the one provided today. On Feb 9,2022 I ordered a filing cabinet classic cherry item #547722 which was received on Feb 11, 2022. On Feb 10, 2022 I reordered a second file cabinet classic cherry item #547722. I was informed by email that the item was being packed up on Feb 15, 2022 and on March 2nd the item was shipped and to be delivered on March 3 (This order was never received). I reached out to your company on March 3, 2022 , I was informed they would get back to me within 24hrs. Your resolution team got back to me on March 7th which is more than 24hrs. I then received the below email advising me that the item order was short by the carrier service you used and in the same email was advised item is currently out of stock (See emails below from your Staff). Your employee then advised me that my credit card will be refunded 182.31$. Upon receipt of this email I contacted Office Depot to express my disappointment in the handling of my order and hope to find a resolve. I obtained the services of the company that had installed the 1st filing cabinet to return on the 3rd to install the 2nd filing cabinet and also paid them 150$. I rearranged my day in order to do so only to come to the realization that my order was never delivered. I contacted office depot again today to see if someone could assist. I spoke to Chinelle Clarke who I spent almost 2hrs on the phone with because her supervisor was only willing to provide me with a discount later down the road because they had no more cherry wood filing cabinets in stock. Upon the purchase of this item I lost 150$ because I was informed the item would be delivered, I was also informed a month later that the item order was short by the carrier service you used and in the same email was advised item is currently out of stock. I lost time and was inconvenienced by your office on 2 occasions. Offering me 30% off the regular priced item of $199.99. I have already lost 150$ due to the inconvenience and negligence of your company , and the interest I pay on my credit card for the amount of the filing cabinet. I took time out of my day today to call and sit on the phone for almost 2hrs for someone to tell me all you can offer me is 30% off my next purchase.

What also strikes odd in this for me was when I asked your customer service staff to provide me with an email address for head office, I was informed no one has that information which included Chinelle's supervisor (Promdae Singh)and manager (Steve) who are all located in your Guyana office. Chinelle was extremely patient with me, but her management team failed to provide her with proper support. I hope that someone will better be able to assist me as we are not a new customer.

I purchased a down loadable software for MAC that does not work power your tech support and Office Depot refused to refund my money. My purchase was on October 12, 2021 and still having Office Depot to refuse my refund even though they cannot get the download to work. I will never purchase anything from Office Depot ever again. I also understand that Staples owns Office Depot.

One of the worst stores (San Antonio, Texas OfficeMax Quarry area), for customer service. They have a few very rude employees in the print shop dept. This boy they have at the print counter is one of the rudest and most brazen individuals that I have ever encountered. He does not know what he is doing, is as slow as a snail, and always complaining. He had the nerve to reprimand me, in front of others, for asking him to complete two bound documents. I had been called by the stupid automated robo call this horrible company uses. They said my work was completed so I went to get the items. The little boy had a fit and complained over and over again about having to do it while I waited. He insisted on scolding me for asking him to complete the two bindings. The documents took no time to complete, although he said it would take an hour to do. There were no people asking for his help but he just did not want to do it. Why does the store manager allow for his employees to speak to people in such a condescending manner. The males in particular are the worst! Since when does a 25 year old working behind a counter think he can reprimand a customer, one who is well over educated than he and older in age? Awful place. They have no training on the "new system", which has them making bills on the computer instead of how they used to do it at the register. I waited 13 minutes and 3 people attempting to work the computer billing before I could pay. I am taking my business to Kinkos! At least there their employees are well mannered. ODP Corporation ...are you listening?

Store in Port Richey Floria
U.S. Highway 19

I went in for office supplies and to make copies and after my experience in the copy department I ended up leaving my supplies in the cart and left the store very disappointed.
I know times are tough but to be rudely ignored as I asked for assistance in the copy department as two associates behind the counter would not even acknowledge I was even standing there. The amount of money that I would have spent on my office supplies would have paid for the stores payroll for the afternoon. I am giving the store one star because the man at the checkout register was very friendly to everyone that came in .

So dissapointed with Office Depot. Waited over 3 weeks for a delivery of a product. Called numerous customer service people and always got the same answer - " it will be delivered tomorrow" Well 3 weeks later tomorrow has come and gone. I get special circumstances but this has solidfed that I will give my business to another place. Still never got the product.

After reading the first paragraph of your Code of Conduct, which I understood to be a framework, and that is understandable considering the enormity of the company. What I do npot fully comprehend though, is the statement of uncompromising honesty and integrity and this is why. I am a teacher at one of the largest school districts in California. So, every year when school is about to begin educators start scrambling for, you guessed it, school supplies!!! What do you think the number one item is that is needed by every student who goes to school? PENCILS!!! Office Depot offers their own brand of pencil. This year I am seeing an average of $5.00 per box of 72!! You really want to believe, What a Great Deal! I really do want to believe that, too. However, it really is not a great deal when one takes the time out of their day to sharpen an Office Depot brand of pencil. This year out of 24 pencils I tried to sharpen, a whopping 4 managed to sharpen to where they can be used. So, let's average this, my only regret is that I did not time myself actually sharpening them and trying to find other sharpeners thinking that it could be the outrageously priced pencil sharpeners, also bought from Office Depot causing the breaking. So on average, from a box of 72 Office Depot pencils, you get 12 to sharpen so they can be used at least once before they need to be sharpened again. Then the pencil is usually done after that, anyway. $5 equals 12 pencil out of 72 on average and we have about 20-24 students in a primary class. So, it would cost on average $10 for a class set of usable pencils, which could last anywhere from an hour to possibly 3 days if we are lucky. Not so much of a deal now is it. Right now, I am trying to get ready to teach remotely, so I do not have a lot of time to figure out the cost for an entire year. However, this is an ongoing problem with this product and continues to get worse every year. I think I have taken pictures of trying to sharpen these pencils for three years now. I am still trying to figure out how it acquired the 4 1/2 stars printed in the mailer? I can not phathom there have not been any other complaints. Now back to the Code, yes this is probably one of the smallest aspects of your company, but at my company it is a very relevant and vital piece to how MY company runs! Would you please consider stepping up and making this product something worth everyone's time and money. I just teach and it just irks me to no end that there are not very many choices of a good quality pencil and this being one of them. This is actually one item that could be turned into your best marketing tool. I bet just about every household on Earth has one of these pencils lying around somewhere and instead of people seeing it and getting irritated trying to sharpen it as they read Office Depot on it, make it the best it can be and people will be hey check out this Office Depot pencil! As a matter of fact I need to get some supplies from there now! What do you think? If you read this entirely thanks!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS OFFICE DEPOT. The manager at the Coconut point Store in Estero Florida, FL was rude and refused to provide a credit to our corporate account for we brought in a defective printer that was ordered on line. It is our understanding from your website a purchase from on line can be returned at a store. I left the printer and the box there and walked out. The security cameras will confirm that an employee brought it into the store from my car and it was left there; after your manager l, Brandon Magnan lied and had is assistant Jason try to contact someone to issue a return order after I explained that I did not want to wait for that for I wasted the last two days on trying to get the printer to work to no avail and just wanted a credit to our account. I left; went to Staples and purchased a printer and opened up a corporate account with them. Shame on management to let this arrogant person be a manager; on other occasions we purchased a computer table; it did not rise and lower easily and he did not do anything about it. We basically just use it as a table that is fixed in one position. Other items purchased in the store have been defective. Too bad this store is near my home and our offices but as long as you are will to maintain a manager like this we will not do business in that store. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General's office Consumer Affairs
