The restaurant we went to tonight was filthy! We we spoke to the manager, Haley, she could care less. Food was cold, terrible experience

This is the worst experience ever in my life, Qdoba Restaurant at Promenade Fair Lawn. The food was great but what a terrible service, employee like them will kill this restaurant. When I was ordering my burrito the lady was making faces because I want Chicken, cheese (so inconvenient for her to move 3 steps farther for it), rice, chicken and steak, cheese again. Then after I nice guy charge my order I went to get soda but they didn’t have Regular Coke, Regular Sprite And either Fanta, I told a lady who had a different color uniform (yellow) and she didn’t answer me, I saw her going to the back so I tough she fixed, 3 minutes later she come back to clean the lobby and I ask her did you fixed she said Yes, I went to get coke again but stil wasn’t working only then she actually went to the machine to fix it, I try to talk to her nicely but she didn’t answer anything I ask her (is she deaf ? I’ll totally apologize if that’s the case) employee can’t be so rude working for family restaurants as Qdoba.

I am saddened and very disappointed. I like quodoba. Recently the location that I frequent brought in a new manager for days. This guy is nice enough I guess. but, he serves up on the light side. He puts very little meat in those bowls. I pay over $9 every time I go into the restaurant. I like all the ingredients and the seasoning but do not skimp on the meat. It doesn't matter what meat it is this guy is not even serving up a "spoon" of meat for the bowels. I believe in paying for what I get and I paid for meat in that bowel. I think I will try another location. If it is the same then I wont be going to the brand again. Donna

I work Thursday and Friday I was sent home personal health confidentiality restaurant manager she told I should told the supervisor my personal confidentiality health before I got hired because of the good preparation. I have work bigger company never I had a problem I felt that moment I was sent home discrimination or management need to be retraining for health part that people have a condition in they life

  1. I went to the castle rock, co qdoba and it was awful. I eat here all the time and ordered this one and only time online because I was working doordash which is a delivery service. When I received my food it was completely wrong in a burrito when I asked for a bowl no extras that i asked for the meat was wrong and my food was ice cold. And it looked like it was a newborn babys portion size . I have pictures of everything and very disappointed. I might have to go to chipotle now. Oh best part they wouldn’t remake my order!!!! Even when I just asked to put extra rice and cheese on top!

  2. I went to the audiba on st rd 135 ordered my usual things paid and left. Tried calling them after i got home and we took a couple bites of food it was awful. The meat was burt and tasted burnt. Then if thats not bad enough my guy takes a 2nd boted and spit it out there was a strip of plastic in his food that killed our apatites. So i called the next morning they offered free food cards no thanks just wanted a refund. Oh well that will take a while. They couldnt do that. So guess im calling an attorney i shouldn’t be finding plastic in my food. NASTY NEVER AGAIN
