My husband and son and my grandson went to the Roseville location today. I was really disappointed. My burger was cold my sons was cold. The french fries were cold. We waited 30 minutes to get a table so we had no time to wait for new ones. My son found a hair under his ff. So very disappointed. We have been dying to go here and when we finally could afford to go this happens.

I have tryed since 2017 to join Red Robins Royalty club and have not been able to do it. I called the 866 no. and left a msg weeks ago. I have not heard a thing. I use the RR in Bellevue Neb. But, they are building a Sickies there also and they care about their customers. And they helped me join their club. We don't need RR but they need us.

went to the Red Robin in Owings Mills MD. On Tuesday 3-5. There was no greeter or anyone who seats people. about 8 people were sitting there waiting. We left after 5 minutes.we recently moved here from southern MD. and the Red Robin in California MD. was always excellent. I got the feeling that the Owings Mills store is ready to close because it seems like it is poorly run and no one cares. I will never go back there.

Party of six went to Red Robin in Cranberry Twp. Pa. Food was cold and within 2 hours 4 of the six got diarrhea and one started throwing up....I called the manager the next day (Steve soltist) to bring it to his attention and the first thing he said it was not there fault because they had a 98% health rating....He said that we all had a stomach flue....None of us were sick before we ate and after getting diarrhea and throwing up we were all fine...( no stomach flu acts like this ) Red Robin, never again .....

Every time we do a take out order it’s always sitting at the register and it cold. I hate that I think they should keep it at the warmer until the customer comes or have a warmer at the register. Not happy!!!

I wish I could give it half a star after my son left the Pensacola establishment hungry and me angry. Management, Ardy, too busy watching football and the waiter gave my son’s food to the table next to us, lied and said they were correcting it. After an hour, food never came, but the bill including items we never received. Very poor customer service.

  1. We were a party of 4 people that ate in your restaurant before closing on March 3, 2019.
    My friends both had chicken, my Wife and myself had burgers. Our two friends ended up getting very sick, throwing up and diarrhea. I understand some times its hard to identify what causes this type of stomach issues. We ate in your East Brunswick, NJ location. I would ask that you would check into this location. We have eaten in your restaurants many times with no issues. Most of the time in your Hamilton NJ location.
    Just don’t want anyone else to be ill!
