The Choice rewards program with extra perks helps me quickly attain free rooms. Quality Inns is are a mid-range hotel; however, if you are looking for a place to sleep, this chain does the job well. The app works well finding a place to stay and the occasional "stay twice, get a free room" promo is great.

WORST PLACE TO STAY!!! My room was HOT the AC was out the guy working the front desk said he would let maintenance know & instead he went to my room to check if the AC was really out. An hour pass by he wasn’t answering the phone so I go to the front to see him on his phone . That same night 4 kids were running up and down the hallway playing pillow fighting slamming doors knocking on people door and running off when I call the woman working the front desk she got a attitude and said she didn’t see NOONE in the camera I called 5 times I asked for my deposit back and was ignored they are so unprofessional the entire hallway smelled like marijuana from the kids smoking and nothing was done.

Dirtiest place ever. Stained blood on sheets pillows cases and towels. Under the bed was 1 in dust , socks, shoes, bottles, and tissues. So dangerous during these times . They should get all new employees and start new with trained staff. You should just close this disgusting hotel.

The bed in the rooms were absolutely disgusting. The mattress, sheets, bed skirts, matress pad, duvet cover, pillowcases, and pillows were stained with sweat and pee. Also hair was all over the mattress. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I called to the front desk to express concerns and the representative, Rashell said "I don't have anything to do with the rooms being filthy and the night manager comes at 11pm you can talk to him". Again shows the lack of training! What kind of response is that to tell a guest that just found urine stains on the sheets pillows and mattress?

********* Sidenote there are all of these signs plastered everywhere stating if you're not wearing a mask you'll be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund. When ironically you have a multiple mattresses with bodily fluids. Yet that's not addressed? With all of this Covid 19 you would think Charles (The GM) would ensure the safety of his Guest.***********

At this point my wife and I have come in from the beach and would like to relax but can not so we pack our belongings. I had to ask Rashell for another room because she never offered to move us. Rashell took my wife to view a TOTAL OF FOUR ROOMS to only have the same disgusting outcome...one of the rooms even had blood stains on the matress. We requested a REFUND immediately only for Rashell (the only representative on the premises at the time) to inform us the she is not authorized to give refunds. We asked her to call the manager (Charles- the GM) due to the circumstances.

He spoke to my wife and said that he would issue a refund. Which was adjusted from his mobile phone ( which I think is strange I thought he would walk his staff member through the process of refunding a guest) Instead of a refund Charles- the GM authorized my credit card again another $209.29.

My wife and I waited. Charles arrived at 11pm for night audit. We IMMEDIATELY bring it to his attention that he has DOUBLE CHARGED my credit card. Charles denies processing the double charge on his end saying "booking.com is actually charging guests and using Quality Inn & Suites' name (which would be considered FRAUD) which shows up on bank statements and they have been doing this for weeks now". He even went on to tell me how other guests have had the same complaints including a guest staying in room 107.

I found his explanation lacked candor, so I call booking.com immediately after speaking with Charles.

The booking.com representative (Law) explained their process and ensured me that they only set up the reservation and the Hotel bills all guests which is stated on their website and one of the reasons I decided to book the room.

Law, from booking.com, offered to call the Hotel to speak with Charles about the charges.

Law offered assistance in helping to depute the charges.

I am still waiting for a refund of $419.58.

I you want to have a good experience just PICK ANOTHER HOTEL!!!!

This old Vietnam veteran that is really lucky to be alive. I want to tell you about how i got ripped off by an employee, that is a manager of the Quality inn. I don't think that it is funny for this person to do what they did to me. I did this person a great big favor , and they do nothing but wipe their feet on me now, as i am their door matt. over $850.00 is a pretty large favor to do for someone, and get crapped on , afterwards. The owner of the quality inn is Ronnie, and i have tried to get in touch with him on 2 occasions.
