Fuck over priced over charging customers. Charging 3/4x the value. Rent a center can choke on dick crooks.
I give the Clinton Hwy store in knox tn a 0 zero the employyees at this store are the most rude people i have ever met!! Recently had a death in the family was out of town the repeatedly called during service start calling 745am i had already told them the situation they said they understood but yet still daily called came to my home beat on my door ! Today took it all i got in at 630 this morning after driving alnight calls started at 745am then 830 banging on my door then to take it all got maintance to open my door proceeds to enter walking past my 14 year old telling him i dont need to be up or even here he comes on in unhooks washer/ dryer and makes a complete mess with water takes said items and stands in the parking lot behind his car for an hour waiting for an employee to come pick up items. I understand u have a job to do i get that but have some respect just went through 2 unexpected deaths of older sisters but apartently RAC does not care. I have complete understanding why all the bad reviews i have read heard or seen. SHAME ON RENT A CENTER !! U only got a star because u cant post otherwise!!
I am a customer for almost about a year, I’m experiencing a very upsetting situation and harassment from the District manager Milton Corchado and couple of his employee.
you can see my record & I have multiple items which are been paid. How is it I would be a day late and They would they call me
threatening me telling that if I don’t pay at that moment in 2 days they are coming to pick up my merchandise, for one day late.
he talks about my account in other stores he has been speaking about me, friends of mine, employee from the company have called me to tell me I’m a topic. I would like to know what is his problem I don’t know him or have ever had any issue with him I feel his has a personal issue with me.
when I can’t make the payment specially in the situation we are all in with COVID I have manage to be on time with my account but Ofcourse there are dates where we all fall off.
I want to know where is my respect as a customer, I spend thousands of dollars in your company to be treated like a nobody, where is the management, where is the hospitality why he’s telling other store manager that am late on my payment, why is he even mentioning my name why is he talking my privacy, why he don’t call me and ask me what’s happening or what happened, I just want this situation stop because otherwise i am going take it to court. I personally think he has something against me because I have a family member that works for the company.
I’m ready to take further action against him and his harassment towards me.
I am forced to file a small claim lawsuit against the company for a refused refund request
