I would like to relate a story about an employee at Dillards, Galleria, St.Louis, Missouri. The employee works in the purse department. She helped me rectify a situation I had with a Hammitt purse. Constance went above and beyond to help me with my problem, contacting the buyer, the corporate office and anyone who would listen. I have never in my 60 years had service so professional and a person so knowledgeable about the products she’s selling. I have been a faithful customer of Dillards for as long as I can remember and I will continue to be. Thank you Dillards for hiring such wonderful employees who make shopping at your store enjoyable!
I spend a lot of money at Dillard's .your hours from store to store is ridiculous. If the mall is open you should be open too. You're saying it's because of covid well that's a bunch of BS. every store can be open it doesn't make a difference if you don't have the workers then people can wait in line. But you don't close a complete store where we cannot shop ,especially when we work hard to spend our money at your company And you ate closef early. You don't have the hours that we can shop. you open too late and you close way too early. You should always be open as long as the mall is. What a marketing opportunity you have if any of the larger dtores close early. ...so lets go to Dillards theyre open layer
Using covid as an excuse is a weak reason. Pay your workers good for their hours and you could sell alot more product. Raising prices is not the answer. Moving merchandise is. Be the first to open last to close. But closing before mall does makes me want to find another place to shop. Your better than that. I guarantee the owner and ceos are loosing nothing ,but do they help the workers???? You make it worth their while, have some good sales , STAY OPEN , YOU WILL SEE MERCHSNFISE MOVING. When was the last time a ceo even walked the store. Make some changes or youll be closing too!!!
please someone call me at 3373269831. Thank you
