new orleans getilly location is the worst store much as me and my family buy from this store this lady that works there turn me around at 7:53pm and they close at 10 mind you easter 🐣 is in the morning now i can’t go to church because of a devil with a rude attitude the store don’t close until 8:00pm i need something done about this i’m so mad she messed my whole easter sunday up and i’m just getting of a long day of work

I worked for the company for 2 weeks and didn’t not understand how the DM was the DM or the store manager was one the unprofessional acts that the both played us bothering for a person that been in retail for over 10 years I NEVER EXPERIENCE any thing like it no one helping the custome customer ratting at the Register in front of customers, talking on his cell phone ringing up customers sitting down on the chair of the customers. Need to try on shoes with and not getting up employees bringing it under age children teenagers old to work and they are actually helping customers inside the store it should be a law against all of it is very unprofessional working there. And this would not be the only reason you are right and this is not the only reach out I will be going soon for residence in Michigan Detroit, Michigan. I’m trying to understand why do we keep allowing people to put stores in our community and we’re not even getting the customer service. We deserve they allowing anybody to work there the DMS Maryland was terrible unprofessional. I never experienced it and I’m out rate about it. I was excited when I get this job because I was trying to get a position as a merchandiser somewhere they go to different stores in Sam’s store as a show people how to work the register and how to sail I could even make it. It was terrible.

I had an horrible experience at Simply10 in Albany, Ga the young lady which has authority as an assistant is very unprofessional. She stood&spoke if me&dont even personally know me.Talks loudly of others surrounding her co workers&personal life. I had an exchange her whole chemistry is rude the way she speaks is very unprofessional& the way she yelled over at me for looking at the perfume wanting to know how it smelled. For an individual working in public customer service all this shouldn’t have transpired. I don’t personally want her nor want to know her just wanted to be treated like an customer without her having an attitude for seeing me shop in the store!!

I feel that where all the reduced racks of clothing a sign should be clearly visible STATING ALL CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE ISN'T RETURNABLE NOR REFUNDABLE !!!, It shouldn't just be stated on the receipt of purchase.

My mom and myself shops at every simply 10 from East to Westside of Michigan... Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at the Roseville location... I purchase several outfits and realize when I got home one of the tops to my bottoms wasn't in the bag ... I called the store to let them know which the cashier said she didn't see it... So ok I double checked my bags and had my mom check hers... I call back for a manger.. well she explained she would hold the shirt for me . I get to the store this morning no shirt on hold so I had to find another one on my own the manger there tried to give me a much larger shirt but in the process her attitude was nasty stating they don't hold items.. my point of the matter is explain to your employees that same thing instead of having me take a 20 min ride to that store .. she didn't care less and started singing and socializing with the other associates... I WILL NEVER SHOP THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!! I have worked in retail and management over 40 years and that was not good customer service at all!!!

I was literally turned around at the door because I didn’t have a freak mask on. I think it’s time to let the mask go especially when the governor said that it’s no longer mandated. It should be up to the customers if they wants to wear a mask or not.
