Horrible service and this investigator is Trashhhhhhh TODD NEAL he is homophobic and discriminated towards white
Run as fast an as far away from these thieves as you can. I sent minimum payment due for a credit card bill and I sent an extra $580 bucks to go towards my principal balance which I noted in the memo section of my check. They did not apply it to my principal balance, they used it for more interest and extra fees they pulled outta their butts so my balance didn’t go down. I had insurance with them also which would always go up with no reason to do so. And no..... I didn’t get any tickets, nor was I in any accidents. They are thieves and double dipping and getting 5x’s more money than they should be getting. I have contacted my attorney general and going to contact the F.B.I. And IRS, they have got to be stopped from committing fraud against the American consumer.
USAA HIDES BEHIND THE IRON CORPORATE CURTAIN. UNDERVALUING CLAIMS AND PROPERTY, CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT 77,000 USAA MEMBERS AWARDED $39 MILLION FOR USAA'S FAILURE TO PROPERLY VALUE TOTAL LOSSES. USAA IS ANTI-AMERICAN FOR NOT FAIRLY TAKING CARE OF THEIR MILITARY FAMILIES WHO CLEARLY PROTECT THIS LAND. $ THE ROOT OF USAA'S EVIL! GOD BLESS AMERICA NEGATIVE MINUS RATING!
It would be nice to see a corporate number on the website that actually works and have your customer service people not have to "verify" the customers before a manager will do their job and talk with and angry customer. It would also be nice if longtime customer 20+ were treated as they use to be rather in the lower class way that USAA seems to be coming. It is very sad to see a company that use to be wonderful go down the tubes and turn "FUBAR".
