Zales in Central Mall in Lawton, OK was amazing when Anna was the manager. Since she left, most experiences in the store were below average. I only went to get jewelry checked or repaired. Today was my 2nd experience with the new manager, Victoria, and it was simply wonderful. I went back to let her know what a huge difference she made just by talking to her during the brief encounters we had. She was professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable and simply a delight. I will take my business back to this store instead of going elsewhere. I hope you appreciate this great employee and woman. Thank you.
This company is aweful! I ordered a ring online and they cancelled my order without letting me know and now I've been fighting them for 2 months to get my money back! Terrible, terrible company! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Bought a diamond bracelet on line but the clasp was terrible. Wouldn’t stay shut. So I tried to return at a store and their computer was down. So 2 weeks later (cuz I live 40 minutes away) I tried to return it again. Low and behold their internet is down again! Really!!!! The women in the store were down rude bitches. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Zales again and I’ll advise everyone I know not to either. Cheap stuff ! Rude employees! Should be a -1.
I made an appointment for a ring cleaning and repair and upon showing up for it I was helped by a gentleman who informed me the “protection plan” doesn’t cover diamonds (they said it was full protection at time of purchase). I then ask to refund the protection plan then since it doesn’t serve a purpose and he asked his manager and she refused since the sale was “too long ago.” (The sale was 8 months ago and they have been closed for Over 3 months because of Covid). I have been calling weekly since February about my cleaning and repair and upon telling the manager this she tells me “no I didn’t.”
Since the manager did not want to refund the useless plan, she interrupted me EVERYTIME I tried to talk and blurted out NO without listening to what I was interested in doing.
Then we are told were no longer covered since we missed the 6 month cleaning that they were closed during AND I called to speak to someone about in advance.
Oh and during all this I made the statement “yes I know how jewelry works” and she says “no you don’t.”
So for anyone who needs a ring, go to Zales if you want one that will have diamonds falling out in less than 6 months and have FULL PROTECTION APPLICABLE and still be covered 0% on repair
