I want to thank Tiffany at Discount Tires Canton Michigan store for her excellent service. I will be writing a letter to the corporate office about her service above and beyond what anyone could expect right before the Christmas holidays. Lets just say in this review she was a life saver!
Dear President,
Today 12-23-2021 I went to Discount Tire Store to rotate my tire. I was waiting in waiting waiting room. one tire technician came to me and tole me that you front tire's tread is gone and you need to replace both tires. I bought tire for my 2005 Chrysler town & country two years ago. When I Bought the tireS 2 years ago, the person who sold me a tire, he told me that if anything goes wrong in 5 years, your tires will replace new one. I am also the Manager of this store. Today 12-23-2021 I went to the store, the technician told me that you received the credit for each tire. $61.47. still you have to pay $145.89 for new tires. I told him that when I bought the tires at that time the person, who sold me the tires, he told me that anything happen I five years, we will replace new tires, you don't have pay anything. Today Discount Tire charge me $41.72 cents. My question is, you keep your words? I bought brand new 16 tires from Discount Tire in three to five years. Maybe next time I will another Tire Store.
Wally Reinke is a great leader of his store off the Carefree Highway in Phoenix AZ. My panel van went in for tires. I instructed them to take the best of the tires and put it underneath as the spare. The truck came out and it wasn't done. The spare was sitting in the bed of the truck.
By this time, the lifts wre loaded with new cars. Wally came out, asked for the tire and put it under the truck in its proper place. I know that this is not easy with the truck on the ground. Twenty minutes later it was done. Wally came out from under the truck and apologized. This wasn't necessary. As an owner of a business I do understand how these things happy,
This is what I call Legendary service. I appreciate working with people like Wally.
Respectfully,
Pasquale

I went in for 2 new tires and was told that i needed all 4. I had just got 2 a few months ago and they have less than 10.000 on them, they are rated for 50.000. The employee i talked to said she has never known them to get more than 20.000 out of them! Even so i only have half that. She wouldnt do anything at all to help!! How can you sell tires that you say can get 50.000 miles when they only get 10.000??? Thats not right at all. Bad carma and bad business
