This service is ridiculous!!!! I had my account on hold for 9 months because of housing issues and they tried telling me my account was never paused and now i have a big bill!!! I was gunna return to dish but after this im not!!!
I have been a customer for over 3 years. You would think that loyal customers would be treated better, but, today, I was basically called a liar and that it was MY fault Dish charged the wrong payment info. It's bad enough I have to deal with losing my local CBS channel because you can't come to an agreement, but, to have my service cut off for non payment AFTER I contacted Dish and advised them my card was hacked and then gave them my checking info. Still, they tried to charge the card, made no mention of my call, and I get called a liar.
I used to suggest your service to anyone who asked about it. Now, I won't, and as soon as I can get out if my contract, I am dropping you. You have lost what once was a loyal customer.

i called dish to lower my bill and ask them if the have a discount for seniors and disability. he said no we dont. thats wrong i pay 75 dollars a month .please call 5413907140.this is wrong
Have been a customer over 10 years and cannot get your company to send ys a remote ! Will never go into contract with your company again. Never had a late payment either. Too bad you lose customers for such a small request
I've tried calling Dish Corporate office to no avail. No help. Your corporate number reroutes me back to the same Dish office had previously tried to communicate with. Either your person, Jeremy, (who said he is a supervisor in your customer retention/ solution department...or he is over the department) has lied or the person who sold me my present Dish cable package lied. Because this Jeremy person did not want to re-negotiate my present package, he asked if i wanted to cancel my cable service, and pay them $400 for early cancellation? I told him when i accepted this package that all i had to do was to call, and i could keep the same package. Minutes later, i spoke with someone, Jerry, who said he was in the Senior Citizen's department... and learned from him, the package i agreed to keep for 12 months, was ending in 4 months. He said the agreement was because my previous package of a $10 a month discount had expired. I told him i thought that previous package was exterminated with the new package i had received. So, i seems i was lied to only to take the new package, where i would ultimately end up paying higher price after 4 months
If I could leave a negative star I would I have an email that states a rate for 2 years and the month after I signed up for this it was retracted and when calling there to talk to someone they are using the excuse that that was a new customer rate not sure why they gave that to you? So a rate that was promised in an email that i have they will not honor?! Then you have to be transfered to 700 people before they help or should I say not help you.!
