  1. I am a new dish customer in Huntington WV my name is Steve jolley I have had multiple issues with your substandard/faulty equipment I work everyday for area wide protective and I am a full time employee also on call 24/7/365 I do not appreciate it that I am being told that the equipment has issues and the phone Representatives fail to solve said issues an from their reactions to these issues your company and it’s Representatives have left me no other recourse other than to contact the WV attorney general’s office and better business bureau and seek an attorney to rectify these issues it’s very sad I have not been a dish customer even 30 days I have been trying to get these problems resolved and by the way I have recorded phone calls with your employees that have practically laughed and made it quite apparent that my problems are less than worthwhile
