Please don’t Get This Service I’ve Been With Them for 7yrs And They Are Trying to charge me For A box I don’t have An old Silver box they Saying my bill is $883.54 This a House Note And they Don’t Care About Me Be A Loyal Customers For All those Years They got they box back by ups I got the email And they charging With stuff they don’t know And Connor Or Dyre in Senior Resolution Dept Are The Worse People I Spoken To,They have Lost a Loyal
Customers I’m Glad I didn’t get into a contract again I’m Done They Need to be closed down cause they don’t have cooperate or higher people that can help you when the others aren’t helping this is sad please don’t let them fool y’all I would give them a - 100 star cause I’ve never seen nonprofessional people like this..I didn’t want to give them no star but it said rated are needed but it’s a -star I promise..

I have been A loyal customer to y’all for i don’t even know how many years it’s been so long. I have had nothing but trouble with y’all equipment, I have had trouble with y’all coming out and making sure the job is done right. Y’all have sent technicians out that did not have the equipment to even fix the problem and they did not even know they needed that equipment to fix the problem. I have had trouble with having to wait weeks to get a technician out. I always hear we don’t have enough technicians or some other excuses. If I don’t pay my bill it don’t take no time for them to cut it off but they give us excuses about why they can’t get someone out as fast as they cut it off to fix the problem. This is the worst service I’ve had in my life . There should not be a contract that y’all make us take out when y’all don’t even do y’all job. That’s how y’all get over on people is the contract in which you shouldn’t
I called Dish today to ask why my bill had increased quite a bit. It is obvious that you have outsourced your customer service as no could speak decent English. I finally got to speak to a supervisor and he was so rude and kept repeating what he said to me like a robot and said I had called and asked for more channels that I want or need. After 1/2 hour I had to hang up because I could feel my blood pressure rising. At any rate, I am now a Direct TV customer and guess what(?) they speak English and are very not. Not at all rude. Isn't that unique?
The absolute WORST service provider you could possibly sign up with. We had total loss of reception, service personnel showed up to try and resolve. He used a metal coat hanger, hung it off our window treatments in an attempt to get reception for our local channels which DISH lost their contract for. Also had to replace all the components as they failed. When leaving his van left puddles of oil and gasoline all over our newly paved driveway. We filed a complaint and damage report with DISH along with pics and estimates as requested. They DENIED it and refused any responsibility. We cancelled our contract and they are now filing collection attempts against us and now our credit report shows us in default and collection attempts. We will be filing a complaint and claim against DISH in our local courts when permitted for ALL damages. DO NOT sign up with these low lives! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
I would give them and -5 stars if I could. When I called about service they told me you’d be about $150 for Internet and for satellite TV. Next thing I know I get a TV bill for about 100 bucks then I get an Internet bill for Wi-Fi from a completely different company for $140 a month after they told me it was gonna be a bundled service when I called to talk about it a month and a half into my service they told me they wouldn’t do anything about it. They also sold me two pieces of equipment that cost me $300 to boost Wi-Fi signal in my home which the Wi-Fi isn’t even through them do the other company which sells the same piece of equipment for $30 so love the price gouging love that they lied about the fact that it was gonna be bundled in all of those cost me about $125 a month and when I called about it they said well it’s been six weeks you haven’t noticed your bill yet why don’t you call before we can’t do anything about it so it’s gonna cost me $400 to get out of my contract with them this company is ridiculous it’s amazing that they’re gonna hold me to the verbal contract of 24 months but I can’t hold Them to the verbal contract of satellite TV and Internet service is going to cost me $150 a month convenient
The service is horrible. You are on hold 20 minutes, then it takes days to get service people out. They want your money every month but won't service product.
This happened to myself now my mom.

This service is ridiculous!!!! I had my account on hold for 9 months because of housing issues and they tried telling me my account was never paused and now i have a big bill!!! I was gunna return to dish but after this im not!!!
I have been a customer for over 3 years. You would think that loyal customers would be treated better, but, today, I was basically called a liar and that it was MY fault Dish charged the wrong payment info. It's bad enough I have to deal with losing my local CBS channel because you can't come to an agreement, but, to have my service cut off for non payment AFTER I contacted Dish and advised them my card was hacked and then gave them my checking info. Still, they tried to charge the card, made no mention of my call, and I get called a liar.
I used to suggest your service to anyone who asked about it. Now, I won't, and as soon as I can get out if my contract, I am dropping you. You have lost what once was a loyal customer.

Have been a customer over 10 years and cannot get your company to send ys a remote ! Will never go into contract with your company again. Never had a late payment either. Too bad you lose customers for such a small request
I am a new dish customer in Huntington WV my name is Steve jolley I have had multiple issues with your substandard/faulty equipment I work everyday for area wide protective and I am a full time employee also on call 24/7/365 I do not appreciate it that I am being told that the equipment has issues and the phone Representatives fail to solve said issues an from their reactions to these issues your company and it’s Representatives have left me no other recourse other than to contact the WV attorney general’s office and better business bureau and seek an attorney to rectify these issues it’s very sad I have not been a dish customer even 30 days I have been trying to get these problems resolved and by the way I have recorded phone calls with your employees that have practically laughed and made it quite apparent that my problems are less than worthwhile
