Spotlessly clean. Staff always smiling and helpful. Great hang out area for teens. Great food.

I have sailed on a handful of other cruises that have been okay. However royal Caribbean’s ships are nicer and the food is better. I will choose Royal Caribbean every time in the future! Thanks for the great service!

Crises are usually good. Just went out of Puerto Rico and it was not my favorite sailing on freedom of the seas. The boat is mainly Spanish speakers and kids club was even mostly in Spanish even though the itinerary is in English. It's frustrating to say the least.
